Deveon Moses is a defensive back for Dakota State University. Last year he was one of the NAIA’s leaders in interceptions with seven to go along with eight passes broken up. He finished the season with 31 tackles, a fumble recovery and 60 yard interception return for a touchdown that sealed the Trojans win against the University of Jamestown.
